Be•Evo — Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Be•Evo. Because our offerings include event tickets, immersive experiences, and digital products, our refund and return rules are slightly different from traditional online stores.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

 

1. Event Tickets (Retreats, Workshops, Experiences)

 

Tickets purchased for any Be•Evo event — including the Bloom Season Retreat, workshops, or in-person experiences — are:

 

  • Non-refundable

  • Non-transferable

  • Non-exchangeable

 


Your ticket secures your spot, covers venue arrangements, materials, and event planning costs that cannot be reversed once purchased.


 

If Be•Evo cancels or postpones an event:

 


If an event is cancelled by Be•Evo, you will receive either:

 

  • A full refund, or

  • A credit towards the next available event

 


If an event is postponed due to circumstances outside of Be•Evo’s control (e.g., venue emergencies, severe weather, illness of facilitator), your ticket will automatically transfer to the new date.

 

 

2. Digital Downloads (Guides, PDFs, Templates, Files)

 

All digital purchases are:

 

  • Final sale

  • Non-refundable

  • Delivered instantly via email

  • Non-transferable

 

Once a digital file has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot issue refunds.


If you experience a technical issue downloading your file, we will resend the download link.

 

3. Physical Merchandise (If Applicable)

If Be•Evo offers physical products, please note:

 

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

 

Non-returnable merchandise includes:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items purchased at events or pop-up locations

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve the issue.

 

4. Exchanges

At this time, Be•Evo does not offer exchanges for event tickets, digital products, or physical merchandise unless the incorrect item was shipped.

 

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you are due a refund:

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to process

  • Check your bank again after the refund is marked as issued

  • Then contact your bank or card provider
